Please read the following guidelines in order to better understand our return policies:
WHEN YOU ACCEPT YOUR PACKAGE:
1 – KEEP THE FACTORY CARTON, PACKING MATERIAL AND ALL ACCOMPANYING DOCUMENTATION INTACT. We can’t stress this enough!
If there are any problems with your merchandise, IT MUST BE RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
2 – INSPECT YOUR PACKAGE FOR VISIBLE DAMAGE.
All products are carefully inspected and shipped using carrier-approved packing materials and methods. Please keep all shipping cartons and packing materials that you received with the damaged goods so the carrier can inspect the package based on your claims.
CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY. MetroplexPianoMoving.com is not responsible for any package damage claim made by the customer if we are unable to file it with the carrier within 24 hours of (or next business day after) delivery.
It is the responsibility of the customer and not MetroplexPianoMoving.com to keep all paperwork related with the claim.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
ALL RETURNS OR EXCHANGES MUST BE MADE WITHIN 15 CALENDAR DAYS OF RECEIVING THE PACKAGE.
If we ship you a package in error, please contact us within 48 hours (or next business day) of receiving your package to arrange for a pickup and re-shipment of the correct item(s) with no charge for shipping.
If the order you received was placed incorrectly and you wish to return/exchange the item (if returnable), contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RAN). We will provide you with instructions on where to ship the item. We will issue you a refund, less shipping charges and a standard 10% restocking & administration fee. Please make sure you are ordering the proper item. If your return is not due to shipping damage, ordering error, or manufacturer defect we will issue you a refund, less shipping charges and a standard 10% restocking & administration fee. Contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RAN). We will provide you with instructions on where to ship the item. Returns must be unused, undamaged, and in salable condition, in its original packaging, and include all hardware and instructions. It is advisable to insure the returned package for the full value of the item. PianoAccessories.com cannot be responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.
DO NOT RETURN ITEMS TO OUR FORT WORTH OFFICE!
In most cases, items are to be returned directly to our suppliers. We will provide you a Return Authorization Number with instructions on where to ship the item. Any package that is returned for any reason not accompanied by a RAN number will be refused.
EXCEPTIONS – Sorry, we cannot accept returns on custom made items or polishing products unless they are defective or damaged, or if we shipped the wrong item.
All cancellations are subject to a $10.00 administration fee (in addition to any re-direct carrier charges and our standard 10% restocking fee in cases where the order has already been shipped).
